Getting over a breakup

Getting over a breakup takes time and mental work. We are in pain and want this pain to stop as quick as possible. “What can I do to make this pain go away?” “How long will it take for me to get over my breakup?” – I hear these questions almost every day! Guilt, self blame, anger, sadness, feeling of loss … we need to give ourselves time to process the change and also learn how to let go of those emotions.
